Case Study - Cloud Readiness Assessment for JMAC

The client was ready to move existing data center hardware to a public cloud environment. Existing hardware was end-of-life and growing remote workforce solutions were needed.

Akins IT provided a thorough cloud readiness assessment to determine the cost and viability of moving the data center to Microsoft Azure. This included a lift and shift of file servers, DS, and SQL infrastructure.

The client was able to utilize the CRA provided by Akins IT to compare an Azure solution to an existing AWS solution that had been proposed. The customer used the cost analysis and migration roadmap within the CRA to move all infrastructure to Azure.
